Job Snapshot

Xograph Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and manage modality sales opportunities and strategic reference sites in its assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing new, profitable and strategic business, promoting the company's products to existing accounts and new prospects, representing the company in all aspects of corporate involvement within the territory, and working under general remote supervision while exercising independent judgement. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and promotes creativity and innovation within a commercial sales environment.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Work with the Senior Management Team to create and implement business strategy.
  • Achieve company sales, profit margin, and product targets.
  • Manage business metrics and perform upward reporting for forecasting.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the territory for optimal outcomes.
  • Use SAP CRM to manage day‐to‐day business activities.
  • Prepare costed business plans when additional resources are required.
  • Seek guidance, support, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and competitors.
  • Respond to market trends, competitor initiatives, legislation, and industry chatter.
  • Comply with risk‐assessed IT Security, Health and Safety policies.
  • Prepare accurate business forecast reports.
  • Continue to develop skills and product knowledge through self‐development and company training.

Key Requirements

  • UK based, working from a central access home location, reporting to head office when required.
  • Travel within the UK and Ireland, and occasional overnight stays, early starts and late finishes may be required.
  • Overseas travel for international congresses and supplier meetings, often on weekends.
  • Strong team‐player commitment at Xograph and HC21 Group levels.
  • Typical working hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility for business demand.
  • Strong aptitude for customer service, commercial/sales experience, people management skills, and a healthcare background.
  • Successful DBS checks and full driver's licence.
  • Experience in a clinical, commercial, or technical environment.
  • Excellent people management and process‐driven skills, with ability to exceed at every level.
  • Advanced commercial, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to view, understand and respect HC21 Group business needs when making local decisions.
  • Good knowledge of the public and private healthcare sector.
  • Advantageous – specific experience in radiology or vascular interventional care sectors.
  • Personable and able to communicate at all stakeholder levels.
