Healthcare 1st Limited are a caring and committed care home provider and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work with our client.
Our client is looking for an RGN/RMN/RNLD full time to work in a care home which provide care for dementia, old age and physical disability. It is set within a friendly environment.
This is a permanent role with excellent pay and working conditions.
- You will be able to need to assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care.
- Administer medications
- Care plans
- Work within the guidelines of the NMC.
- The Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN/RNLD ideally will have already worked in a care or nursing home environment at RGN/RMN/RNLD level.
