My client is currently recruiting for caring Bank Care Assistants in the care sector for a friendly 60+ bed purpose-built care home based in Harrogate.

The ideal candidates will be team players. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity, and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner, always showing respect to our residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will have a genuine interest in working within elderly care.

Whilst previous care experience is desirable, it is not essential as long as you are willing to work towards NVQs. They also provide all the training and support for you to thrive in the care sector.
