Archway are looking for three flexible and motivated Peripatetic Support Workers to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for people with experience in care and support who enjoy variety and are confident working across different teams and settings.
You will provide flexible staffing support across Archway services, helping to maintain safe, consistent and person-centred support during periods of staff absence, vacancies and changing service needs.
You will work with adults and/or children with varying support needs, promoting their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working in a care or support environment.
- A person-centred approach and good communication skills.
- Confidence working independently and as part of different teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different services.
- Ability to follow support plans, risk assessments and organisational procedures.

- 36 permanent contracted hours per week.
- Mileage expenses paid when travelling between Archway services, in line with our mileage policy.

The role requires flexibility to work across different locations and shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and nights. Some short-notice cover may be required.
