Description
Join HBHR as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our Soho London office.
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads for our Account Directors, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Research target industries, engage prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn, schedule high‑quality meetings and demos, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
- Work closely with Account Directors to refine strategies, meet KPIs for outreach, qualified leads and meetings booked, and stay up to date with HR and payroll industry trends.
- Offer a competitive base salary of £30,000‑£36,000 plus performance‑based bonuses, a clear progression pathway, ongoing training, a collaborative culture, company pension and private medical insurance.
- Ideal candidate: 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales or lead generation experience, excellent communication skills, resilience and proficiency with CRM tools.
