An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of Senior Research Operations Manager (Band 8a). This is a senior, strategic leadership role with significant organisational accountability and external influence.
The post holder leads a high profile programme, establishing and overseeing governance, performance, quality, and risk for a new Wales Primary Care and Community Research Delivery Network, while delivering a national research portfolio across Wales. The role focuses on developing inclusive, community-based research delivery models, particularly for underserved populations.
It provides system leadership across health and social care, building strong partnerships with NHS Wales, community organisations, and commercial partners to enable fair, efficient, and patient centred research delivery.
Contract type: Two years (Fixed Term / Secondment due to funding)
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Band 8a - £56,514 - £63,623 per annum
