We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Research Unit Secretary to provide exceptional, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Unit and consulting team within the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Service. In this role, you’ll work independently, exercising sound judgement and authority to manage the department's daily activities and priorities with minimal supervision. Your contribution will be vital in supporting effective patient care through accurate data management, meeting coordination, and quality monitoring.
As a key member of the team, you’ll coordinate workloads, manage complex tasks, and liaise with hospital staff to ensure priorities are met efficiently.
