About the Role

Join the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and play a key part in supporting the delivery of patient-centred care within the Endocrine and Diabetes Service. In this vital administrative role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing high quality reception and administrative support that ensures a seamless and positive experience. Reporting to the Administrative Services Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records, all within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

You’ll be working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including the Bone Density unit, to support the smooth operation of the service. Your ability to manage complex tasks, prioritise effectively, and communicate professionally with both internal teams and other hospital departments will be essential to your success. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by contributing to the efficient and compassionate delivery of care to our community.

You are an experienced and motivated administration professional with a strong customer service focus. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, combined with your attention to detail and teamwork mindset, will ensure your success in this vital role.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work respectfully with people from all backgrounds while maintaining confidentiality.
