About You
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for excellence in patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Qualifications: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, including a valid practising certificate.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care, delegate tasks appropriately, and support the learning and development of others.
- Experience: Demonstrated consolidation of foundational nursing knowledge and skills in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of nursing codes of conduct, legislative responsibilities, and quality improvement systems, with a sound grasp of aseptic technique and regulatory requirements.
