About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, contributing to the wellbeing of patients across a variety of healthcare settings. Your practice will evolve from novice to proficient as you gain experience and develop your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

While receiving guidance, you will retain full accountability for your own nursing practice, ensuring that all care provided is safe, ethical, and aligned with professional standards. About You

You are a motivated and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse with a strong foundation in clinical care and a commitment to supporting positive health outcomes. You communicate effectively, work well in team settings, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism in your practice.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursin Board of Australia, with medication administration qualifications.

  • Proven experience delivering safe and effective nursing care aligned with professional standards in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong communication and observational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and respond to changing clinical conditions.

  • Solid understanding of the Enrolled Nurse’s role, relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and person-centred care principles.
