I am looking for a female Personal Assistant / Carer to provide full support with all my daily activities including personal care. I also enjoy travelling with my husband and will require your support during these times. Expenses will be met by the employer.
Ideally you will have experience of supporting someone with Multiple Sclerosis and be willing to attend all required mandatory training.
You will receive:
- Standard hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, time and half (£18.32) for up to 8 Bank Holidays per annum
- 5.6 weeks per year annual leave pro rata
- Full certificated training on all aspects of the role
Hours available:
- 1 x full time role working 40 hours Monday - Friday
- 1-2 part time roles working 8 hour shifts on Weekends
- Additional hours may be available and will be mutually agreed in advance
What's Required:
- Assistance with personal care, daily living activities and support to access the community
- A full driving licence. The employer has an adapted vehicle which you will be required to drive
- Passport holder with availability to provide support during holidays. Advanced notice will be provided by the employer
- A pet friendly person as the employer has a dog
- Flexibility in working hours essential
- Satisfactory references
- An enhanced DBS check, the cost will be met by the Employer
- Successful completion of a 6 month probationary period
