Position Description:
They are a growing multi-disciplinary private practice in SEQ looking for 1 motivated Occupational Therapist to join their stellar team! Work alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitian, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist, and Remedial Massage Therapists. Collaboration:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the scope to provide joint therapy sessions across a broad range of presentations
- Work alongside 11 Physiotherapists, 6 Occupational Therapists, 3 Speech Pathologists, 1 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Psychologist, 2 Remedial Massage Therapists, 1 Dietitian, 1 Allied Health Assistant and an amazing admin team
- Weekly joint case conferencing for Speech and OT
Professional Development & Mentor Program:
- They contribute $1,000 towards costs of professional development
- 2 Professional Development leave days per year
- You may be eligible for the National Furthering Education Scholarship and Bursaries for rural employees valued up to $10,000pa (e.g., towards Masters Degree or covers cost of course, accommodation and Travel)
- Provision of annual CPR and first aid courses
- Monthly Inservice
- Graduates receive weekly 1-hour group mentor session with Practice Principal for case conferencing
- Additional 1-on-1 mentor sessions with Practice Principal
