About Health & Wellbeing Brands

Health & Wellbeing Brands is a modern brand house reshaping the vitamins, minerals and supplements industry. We build category-leading brands in the vitamins, minerals & supplements space. Our brands are built to lead their categories, not follow them.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the social media strategy for our primary brand across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Own the content calendar and publishing cadence end-to-end – concept, creation, scheduling and delivery.
  • Shoot, edit, and optimise short-form video content for each platform, adapting formats to maximise performance.
  • Create content that builds community and drives real growth – copy, concepts and visuals.
  • Manage the community: respond to comments and DMs, nurture engagement and build a loyal following.
  • Brief our design agency for campaign assets; use Canva and AI tools to move fast independently.
  • Research competitors, track industry trends and bring fresh ideas that keep us ahead.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, using data to continuously improve content and strategy.
  • Identify and develop relationships with creators and influencers who belong in our world.
  • Keep the brand voice consistent and sharp across every channel.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years in social media or digital content.
  • Instinctive feel for what performs – you know what's trending before it peaks.
  • Confident creator, can brief a designer and produce assets yourself with Canva and AI tools.
  • Strong copywriter with a sharp sense of brand voice and tone.
  • Comfortable with scheduling and analytics platforms (Later, Sprout Social or similar).
  • Analytical mindset – you track what matters and let the data drive decisions.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness and the VMS space.
  • Fast, hands-on, and obsessed with output.
  • Experience in VMS, health & wellness or beauty is a bonus – not a requirement.

What We Offer

  • Channel ownership, you're the first hire in this department. As the brand's social presence grows, so will your team and your scope.
  • A team that moves fast and will back your ideas.
  • Hybrid & flexible working, 2 to 3 days per week, office-based Skipton.
  • A role with genuine responsibility and end-to-end FMCG product delivery.
  • The opportunity to help build exciting products with a real focus on flavour-led innovation.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on experience.
  • Opportunities for professional development.
  • Exposure to diverse projects and industries.
