HASCS is a specialist provider of home care and clinical support for people with complex care needs across the UK. We are looking for a Regional Nurse Manager, ideally with a background in Complex Care, to support and lead high-quality care across Cornwall. Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who wants to stay connected to the heart of care, while also developing their leadership and clinical oversight skills within a values-led organisation.

Why join HASCS? At HASCS, we do things differently. You won’t be overwhelmed by large caseloads or pulled too far away from what matters most. Instead, you’ll support a small, focused group of service users (maximum of 10), giving you the time and space to really understand each individual, build meaningful relationships, and ensure truly person-centred care. This role offers the best of both worlds, combining clinical expertise with leadership, without losing that vital connection to the people you support. You’ll work closely with service users, families, and care professionals, helping to shape care that is safe, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. You’ll also be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values clinical judgement, encourages autonomy, and recognises the importance of empathy in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maximum 10 complex care packages in Cornwall.
  • Conduct & review comprehensive care planning and risk assessments, escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Partake in mobilisation, delivery, and quality assurance of complex care packages.
  • Manage your diary flexibly to meet the needs of your caseload – this is not a 9–5 role, there will be occasions where you will be in the field out of hours to sign off or supervise staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure staffing, training, and compliance.
  • Support recruitment and development of a skilled complex care workforce.
  • Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Partake in out of hours on-call (on rotation).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse and minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Background in Complex Care Nursing, ideally in community settings.
  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities.
  • Strong conflict resolution, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Benefits:

  • Private medical and dental insurance.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
  • Company pension & events.
  • Bereavement and sick leave.
  • Referral programme.

Location: Ideally based in Cornwall with regular travel required around the region and occasionally to our Hampshire HQ. Ready to lead with purpose and compassion? Join HASCS and be part of a team where your clinical expertise changes lives every day. Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
