We are a recruitment partner representing one of the leading providers of specialist education in the country. This outstanding School caters to children and adults of secondary school age with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other complex or anxiety-related conditions that may also present with challenging behavior. Some students have multiple learning disabilities., * Plan and deliver engaging lessons: Teach subjects to GCSE level

  • Individualized Support: Tailor educational plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and other complex needs.

  • Student Development: Support students’ academic and personal growth through personalized Education, Health, and Care (ECH) Plans.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to prepare for Personal Education Plan (PEP) and Looked After Children (LAC) reviews.

  • Behavior Management: Implement effective strategies to manage and support students with challenging behavior.

  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.

  • PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized teaching qualification.

  • Experience: Previous experience working with Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • £31’700 – £49K per annum /pro rata for part-time (Pay Scale M1 – UPS3 Depending on Experience)
