Individualized Support: Tailor educational plans to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and other complex needs.

Student Development: Support students’ academic and personal growth through personalized Education, Health, and Care (ECH) Plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to prepare for Personal Education Plan (PEP) and Looked After Children (LAC) reviews.

Behavior Management: Implement effective strategies to manage and support students with challenging behavior.

Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.

PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized teaching qualification.

Experience: Previous experience working with Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

£31’700 – £49K per annum /pro rata for part-time (Pay Scale M1 – UPS3 Depending on Experience)
