Residential Team Leader

• Lead and support residential care staff.

• Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents.

• Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines.

• Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.

• Level 3 in Children & Young People or Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent).

• Essential: 1+ years’ experience in a residential care setting.

• Car Driver Required.

Compliance: This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; all applicants must disclose convictions and cautions.

• Salary: £30,300 – £32,000 per annum.

• Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year.

• Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options.

• 1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year.
