Provide exceptional care for our children and young adults during the night

Assist with bedtime routines, including washing and changing

Promote healthy sleep patterns

Perform regular checks on children and young adults throughout the night, addressing any issues that arise

Ensure all medical needs are met

Maintain a safe, supportive, and calm environment
-
Participate in light housekeeping duties during quieter periods, such as loading the dishwasher and keeping the environment tidy

Administer and record prescribed medication accurately
-
Communicate effectively, build trust, and support the children and young adults to enhance their independence.
Experience of working in the social care / Children’s sector is essential for this role., Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:

Experience in the Care industry (experience with children with additional needs is advantageous).

Ability to work on a rota pattern, including every other weekend.
Salary: £11.72 – £12.78 per hour + £25 per night shift allowance (£4K per year) Joining Bonus: £1500, * £11.72 – £12.78 per hour + £25 per night shift allowance (£4K per year)
