As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. You will be responsible for the following duties:

Supervision of Care Staff: Oversee and support a team of care assistants, ensuring they provide excellent care services.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high care standards.

Client Assessments: Carry out initial and ongoing assessments of clients to tailor care plans to individual needs.

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.

Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff members.

On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call support twice per month, ensuring continuity of care during emergencies or staff absences.

Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, families, care staff, and external stakeholders.
On-Call: Twice Per Month (Sunday – Monday) – Earn £170 – £290 per week
Additional Hours: Extra Care Hours available to supplement income
Schedule: Alternative Weekends
