As Deputy Children’s Home Manager, you will play a key role in providing the best possible outcomes for children and young people in this small residential service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, offering guidance, stability, and encouragement to support each child’s growth and development., In this role, you will:

Support the Home Manager in day-to-day management of the service.

Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring quality care standards are met.

Assist in creating individualized care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Promote a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel supported.

Liaise with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and health services.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.

Previous experience of working with children in a residential or care setting.

Qualified to Level 5 Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards this qualification.

A strong passion for creating positive outcomes for the children and young people you support., Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.
