Job Title: Medical Laboratory Assistant Department: Haematology Location: North Middlesex Hospital, Sterling Way, Edmonton, London, N18 1QX. Contract /Hours: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Salary range: Up to £27,007.50 per annum DOE

About the role:

We have an exciting vacancy for a Medical Laboratory Assistant in Haematology and Blood Transfusion in Rapid Response Laboratory at North Middlesex University Hospital. The department provides a variety of investigations using XN-9000, CS-2500, Starrsed Interrliner, Tosoh G11, Bio-Rad Variant II, Blood film morphology, and manual testing for Glandular Fever and Malaria.

The department is in the Rapid Response Laboratory for the University College London Hospital (UCLH) and is part of the Health Services Partnership between The Doctors Laboratory (TDL), Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (the Royal Free London) and UCLH which provides pathology services to a number of NHS Trusts and their customers.
