About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor position at Sonic Healthcare UK. This role will be responsible for offering practical employee relations advice to the management team and advising on ER policy and process. The ideal candidate must be comfortable immersing themselves fully within the business to build an in-depth operational awareness and strong relationships with managers and senior leaders.
