You will lead a skilled BMS team delivering a high-quality, 24/7 Blood Transfusion service for UCLH and other NHS clients.
The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate, with a focus on GMP/BSQR/MHRA compliance.
You will support staff development and ensure safe, accurate testing and timely blood component issuance.
