We provide a wide range of accredited and non-accredited courses, including CITB, CSR, GQA, IOSH, IPAF and NPORS, along with plant and machinery training, NVQs and on-site consultancy and inspection services, to construction clients across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

Role Purpose The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of HASI, providing operational leadership and ensuring the effective coordination of training delivery, consultancy projects, resources, compliance and client service.
The role works closely with the Managing Director and the wider HASI team to support the continued growth and quality of the business.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of HASI, ensuring the efficient scheduling and delivery of training courses and consultancy assignments.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service from enquiry through to course/project completion.
Support quality assurance and compliance across accredited and non-accredited training provision, working alongside the wider team on audit and certification requirements.
Monitor and help maintain health, safety and quality standards within HASI's own operations, in line with ISO 45001 and related management systems.
Person Specification Essential Proven experience in an operations, office or business management role, ideally within training, consultancy, or a service-based business.
A strategic outlook, able to see beyond day-to-day operations and contribute to the wider direction of the business.
Good ICT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling/booking systems.
Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel occasionally.
Desirable Experience within the construction, health and safety, or training sector.
CSCS, CSR) and related site access requirements.
CITB, IOSH, IPAF, NPORS, GQA).
Experience using a learning management system (LMS) or training administration software.
A relevant third-level qualification in business, management, or a related discipline.
