We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, values-driven Registered Manager to lead a 2‑bed therapeutic children’s home in Wigan. What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in a residential children’s home (within the last 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, Ofsted frameworks, and relevant legislation
- A confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
