We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of embryology.
Key Responsibilities- Full range of clinical procedures, including ICSI, Vitrification and PGT
- Communicating with patients about treatment options and results
- Quality Management, assisting with audit, document control & quality control/assurance
- Monitoring/maintaining consumables and equipment
- Assisting with the donor recruitment process, imports/exports and management of stored gametes/embryos
- Monitoring KPI’s
- Training and induction of new and junior staff
- Regulatory Compliance
- Minimum of a degree in Life Sciences, preferably an MSc or PhD
- HCPC Registered (or immediately eligible)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Fully trained in all clinical laboratory procedures, preferably including biopsy
- Advanced knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and resilient
- High level of attention to detail and focused
- Excellent communication skills
