An established care provider is seeking a driven Registered Care Manager to lead its Watford branch and support ongoing growth.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the branch
- Recruit and grow the care team
- Support business growth and community engagement
- Handle client assessments, care plans, and reviews
- Ensure full CQC compliance
Requirements
- Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma (or willing to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Live within the local area
- Sponsorship is NOT available for this role
