We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to take ownership of a growing domiciliary care service in Walsall. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the owner, with real opportunity to influence service growth and earn above the base salary through targets and bonuses. The Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care delivery in line with CQC requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams including recruitment, training, and supervision
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments
- Oversee complaints, incidents, and quality improvement processes
- Manage health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding
- Represent the service professionally at external meetings
- Support business growth and contribute to the development of the service
Requirements
- Proven experience within a domiciliary care management role
- NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or actively working towards) — essential
- CQC Registered Manager DBS — essential
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and domiciliary care regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Committed to growing and developing the service long-term
