Registered Children’s Home Manager – EBD Service

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of a 4‑bed children’s residential home.
- Support young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Home Standards.
- Lead, develop, and motivate your staff team.
- Manage safeguarding, care planning, and risk assessments.
- Drive the home towards Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks.
- Experience working with EBD young people.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
