We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children’s home, providing outstanding care, leadership, and stability for young people who need it most. About the Role
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing staff team

- Work closely with therapeutic professionals, education services, and external agencies

- Have full operational responsibility for the home, supported by a strong leadership structure, dedicated therapeutic professionals, and comprehensive organisational support
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in residential childcare
- At least 2 years’ experience managing and supervising staff
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A child-centred, therapeutic approach
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Performance bonuses of up to £18,000 per year, paid quarterly
- £5,000 relocation package (for candidates willing to relocate)
