We’re looking for an experienced Support Team Leader to join a Supported Living service in Blackpool, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a great opportunity for a confident senior support worker or existing team leader ready to progress in a well‑structured service.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
- Previous Team Leader or senior support experience
- Strong background supporting learning disabilities and complex needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
