Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‐to‐day running of a large domiciliary care service
  • Manage and develop care, coordination and office teams
  • Ensure safe, high‐quality, person‐centred care for elderly clients
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Manage rosters, recruitment, audits, incidents and on‐call requirements
  • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and elderly care
  • Confident leading services delivering high‐volume care hours
  • Organised, proactive and quality‐driven
  • Full UK driving licence essential
