Delivering high standards of care to mainly elderly service users with a range of general nursing needs

Creating and working with person-centred-care plans

Accurately and thoroughly maintaining service users records

Administering medication

Monitoring and assessing the needs of the service users

Lead a team of carers who are working under your guidance

Liaising with outside professionals

Be nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified)

Have strong clinical skills

Have a clean DBS and good references

Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting

Ideally experienced within a nursing home background

Have exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done

Have a professional attitude to your work
