Role

Support the delivery of high‑quality care to adults with learning disabilities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the care team across multiple sites
  • Line management of care staff and day‑to‑day service operations
  • Manage HR, recruitment, induction and staff development
  • Oversee budgets and financial management
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and quality control processes
  • Support positive behaviour approaches across the service

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in health and social care essential
  • QCF / NVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care essential
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Familiar with positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage large staff teams across multiple sites

Commutable Areas: Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Basildon, Rochford, Canvey Island, Benfleet, Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
