Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Southampton. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a seasoned care professional with a strong background in domiciliary care management and CQC compliance.
The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
- Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
- Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams
- Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
- Build and maintain relationships with service users, families, and professionals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience within domiciliary care - preferred
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
