About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the service, including compliance with CQC requirements, managing staff performance, and ensuring high‑quality care delivery to elderly clients in the community. You will also provide strong leadership, overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations while remaining flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
