An established nursing home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the day team, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents within a small, focused service.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care on day shifts
  • Lead and support the care team on shift
  • Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance
  • Support residents with elderly care and dementia needs

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting (preferred)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
  • Sponsorship not available
