An established, award-winning home care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to grow a well-supported branch with strong progression potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the branch team in delivering high-quality home care
- Manage recruitment, induction, training, and staff performance
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews
- Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and Health & Safety standards
- Manage rotas, ensuring full coverage of client care calls
- Drive branch growth, performance, and quality assurance
- Work every other weekend and provide back-up on call
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Strong business and people management background
- Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care planning
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Compassionate, team-focused leader
