This Children's Home have been established since 2006 and are recognised for the exceptional care they provide to children and young people across their residential and supported living services. Residential Children's Worker Role
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children and young people.
- Support care plans, development goals, and emotional well-being.
- Promote safeguarding, routines, and behavioural boundaries.
- Engage young people in education, recreation, and daily life skills.
- Act as a key worker and lead shifts where appropriate.
- Maintain records and liaise with families and external professionals.
Salary Subject to Experience/Qualifications - overtime available

Essential
- Ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues

- Competent in Microsoft Office (or willing to learn)

- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to ongoing development
Desirable
- Experience working with children or vulnerable people
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of child development, trauma, and safeguarding
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks

- Ability to act as a positive role model demonstrating honesty and integrity
- Ability to work shifts including weekend and sleep ins
- Commitment to complete a Level 3 in Residential Childcare
