We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead and register a new domiciliary care branch for a growing care provider in East London. The organisation has an established supported living operation and is now expanding into domiciliary care. This is a genuine opportunity for a motivated manager to take ownership of a developing service from the ground up, shaping its culture, compliance, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CQC registration process for the new domiciliary care branch.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and care delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards.
  • Manage staff recruitment, supervision, rota, and development.
  • Monitor care quality, documentation, and service performance.
  • Conduct service visits and quality checks across client and supported living settings.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Support service growth and ongoing operational development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Coordinator within domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and registration processes.
  • Experience within domiciliary care and / or supported living services.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage both office‑based and field‑based responsibilities.
