A friendly, family‑run independent veterinary practice in the Haywards Heath area is seeking a passionate RVN to lead and grow their nurse clinic service across two branches. Full time preferred but part time will be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Lead and develop nurse clinic services across two branches
  • Administer medications, injections and support surgical procedures
  • Monitor anaesthesia and deliver post‑operative care
  • Contribute to patient care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Monday to Friday, 8.5‑hour days with occasional weekends and nights

Requirements

  • Valid RCVS registration
  • Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
  • Nurse consultation experience, certification or relevant CPD preferred but not essential
  • OOH experience advantageous — training available
  • Strong communicator with a passion for animal welfare
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive approach

Commutable Areas: Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Horsham, Lewes, East Grinstead, Uckfield and surrounding areas.
