We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join an established care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a clinical leadership role within a person‑centred residential setting, suited to a nurse with a minimum of six months post‑registration experience.

The Role

  • Deliver and oversee high standards of person‑centred care across your shift
  • Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift
  • Manage all aspects of medication administration in line with NMC guidelines
  • Develop, review, and update care plans to reflect residents' changing needs
  • Ensure compliance with RQIA regulations, legal requirements, and best practice
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and incident reporting
  • Support, mentor, and guide junior staff in line with the NMC Code
  • Contribute to a positive, cohesive team environment

Requirements

  • Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN)
  • Minimum six months post‑registration experience
  • Care home or residential experience desirable
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care
