Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) – Care Home
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Salary: From £18.82 per hour (rising to £19.82 after one year)
Hours: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Days/Nights

We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join an established care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a clinical leadership role within a person‑centred residential setting, suited to a nurse with a minimum of six months post‑registration experience.
The Role
- Deliver and oversee high standards of person‑centred care across your shift
- Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift
- Manage all aspects of medication administration in line with NMC guidelines
- Develop, review, and update care plans to reflect residents' changing needs
- Ensure compliance with RQIA regulations, legal requirements, and best practice
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and incident reporting
- Support, mentor, and guide junior staff in line with the NMC Code
- Contribute to a positive, cohesive team environment
Requirements
- Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN)
- Minimum six months post‑registration experience
- Care home or residential experience desirable
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care
