Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Salary: Β£35,000 – Β£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

A well-established, independent domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-run service in the Rochdale area, delivering around 700 hours per week through local authority contracts.

Role

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
  • Oversee delivery of approximately 700 care hours per week
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
  • Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
  • Lead and develop the care and office team
  • Build strong relationships with the local authority and commissioners

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge
  • Experience working with local authority contracts
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Sponsorship not available
