Registered Manager β Domiciliary Care
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Salary: Β£35,000 β Β£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
A well-established, independent domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-run service in the Rochdale area, delivering around 700 hours per week through local authority contracts.
Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Oversee delivery of approximately 700 care hours per week
- Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
- Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
- Lead and develop the care and office team
- Build strong relationships with the local authority and commissioners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge
- Experience working with local authority contracts
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
