Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (Solo Placement)
Location: Port Sunlight
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of a solo children’s home.
- Lead and develop a small, consistent staff team.
- Ensure a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and placement stability.
- Maintain full Ofsted compliance and inspection readiness.
- Work closely with local authorities, families and professionals.
- Drive positive outcomes for a young person in a 1:1 setting.
Qualifications
- Experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up.
- Background in EBD or complex needs or solo placements.
- Good understanding of Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
- Resilient, hands‑on and committed to high‑quality care.
- Full UK driving licence.
