Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a children’s home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted standards
- Recruit, build, and inspire a high‑performing, compassionate staff team
- Drive high-quality care planning and practice, achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Embed trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches into day‑to‑day care
- Contribute to wider organisational growth as part of a supportive leadership community
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- A strong understanding of trauma-informed / therapeutic care
- A consistent “children first” mindset and confident leadership style
