Role:

  • Take full operational responsibility for the running of the service.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ensure delivery of safe, personalised and high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care or nursing setting.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate commitment to person-centred, high-quality care.

Commutable areas include Canvey Island, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Wickford and Chelmsford.
