We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to take the helm of a children’s home in Hampshire. About the Role: This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a well-supported team in delivering therapeutic, child-centred care to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring the home meets the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the children’s home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 You will be accountable for delivering high quality care within the home, ensuring the care and progress children make is outstanding. Promote a nurturing environment that supports positive outcomes Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and daily operations Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies Drive service quality and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a similar environment at a Senior level.
