Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Chingford / Loughton
Salary: From £40,000 per annum + performance-based bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm + on-call | Full-Time, Permanent
An established home care provider is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-regarded branch. The service delivers around 300 hours of private care per week, plus 2–3 live-in care clients, and is CQC rated "Good".
The Role
- Lead day-to-day running of the domiciliary and live-in care service
- Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
- Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
- Lead and develop the care and office team
- Build relationships with private clients, families, and professionals
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator ready to step up
- Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
