About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a newly formed team dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care. You will oversee recruitment, development and motivation of staff, fostering a safe, supportive and empowering environment for vulnerable young people.   • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children’s residential setting
