We are working with a Fantastic Independent Fertility Clinic based in the Bridgend Area in Wales. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a talented and ambitious Specialist or Consultant in IVF and Reproductive Medicine to join our high‑performing medical team in Wales. This is a rare opportunity to practice at the forefront of reproductive medicine, contributing to advanced treatment protocols while supporting patients on one of the most important journeys of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective clinical management of patients alongside fellow consultants.
  • Conduct consultations, transvaginal ultrasound scans, egg collections, embryo transfers, and other IVF‑related procedures.
  • Take part in the on‑call rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, auditing your own practice regularly.
  • Support the clinic’s growth strategy with professionalism and innovation.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attend clinical meetings and contribute to research, training, and audit programmes.
  • Represent the clinic at open evenings and patient‑facing events when required.
  • Ensure compliance with HFEA and all relevant regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Full GMC registration and licence to practice in the UK.
  • MRCOG or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Proven competence in IVF‑related procedures, including transvaginal scanning.
  • Relevant Specialist or Consultant‑level experience in Reproductive Medicine.
  • Commitment to clinical governance, patient‑centred care, and continuous improvement.
