Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | 3-week rotational on-call

An established Oxford-based domiciliary care provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to lead community care operations and support growth across Oxfordshire.
The Role
- Manage weekly staff rotas and cover planned/unplanned absences
- Conduct client assessments, care plans, and reviews
- Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and carer introductions
- Provide emergency care cover when required
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Assist the Registered Manager with CQC inspection prep
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in care team leadership or management
- Care Coordinator experience preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
